Potbless - 23/1/08

hi everyone!! hope that you all had fun over in my house. alright, what happened was at 1.45 jerm and kelie came over to pick me up and we headed towards Giant supermarket to get some fresh foods. However, they didnt sell any halal food over there. so in the end we had to head towards Tesco which was located quite faraway from Giant... haha! we got all our things that we need and it costs us less than RM 50 . we actually thought RM100 wont be enough.. i suppose something went wrong with our calculations then =p oh yea, and Jerm was having his fever at that time. he din look very good.

then at 4 we reached home. Coincidence was Chris manage to reach at the same time we did!! so , it was a havoc..... bring all the things into the kitchen , preventing Jerm from eating the pineapple tarts (which din work out) , clearing up the goods from the plastic bags, placing seafoods into the freezer , etc....

we started out with the soup . Which was known as ABC soup . it was AB soup due to lack of tomatoes but at the end i manage to found one lonely tomato sitting in my refrigerator =p and we used it . for good. and there we go , ABC soup! we added some china cabbage into the soup and also a chicken carcass. hopefully, it tasted alright. according to chris it was too sweet cause i added soya sauce in it. oh well, there werent any left at the end of the night =D

then we started with the chopping board. lol! here comes the onions, garlic , spriong onions and ginger... at first Jerm was the one chopping the red onions but somehow, he started shedding tears and i took over his place. HAHA! another somehow, i couldnt shed any tears no matter how many red onions i chopped. weird eh? i dont know why either. =/ poor kelie , always kena bully! haha.. but she is a very very hardworking girl .. impressed. even when everything was done, she was the one washing up the dishes and ended up missing most of the dishes as we were rushing to go church.

I just managed to take one pic of what Jerm was preparing. actually it wasnt me i think it was either Chris or Kelie that took it. anyway, this pic was taken before it was steamed so ... it looks a lil disgusting =p

that is the ham yu pork if i am not wrong and the sauce at the right was for the toufu. i was the one that made the sauce ... according to Jerm's instruction haha! if you all notice, i think i mentioned Jerm's name for about a million times eh? well , cant blame it on me as he is the main cook =/ although this is my house! haha!

hmm , i prepared the fried rice , which i think , was a little too wet.. sob sob... and Chris prepared the fried chicken with his sauce... there werent enough sauce.. but if there was , it would be pretty sumptuous... anyway, everyone did a good job. hopefully there was enough food for all.

I was very happy that all of you get to make it over in the end =) thank God that it went out perfect in the end!! thanks for all the food you all brought over =) thanks again! please do feel free to come over for more karaoke sessions !! God bless and Take care!!
